Considerations on a suitable backend


We are exploring in several Backend efforts that can be tuned to provide Web Services for iPhone (our current development efforts), and in the near future, extend it to Android, Blackberry and the newly revealed Win Phone 7. In terms of web service alone, we have JSON, XML (Plist for iPhone context) to deliver our required content and features. We are talking about loggin in, sessions, communication and mostly data to populate the table views or detail views.
